HAN means "here and now," the basis of "mindfulness" supporting our work in helping our clients reconnect with their spiritual center and empowering their emotional selves. Living in the present moment, really "being here and now" is an extraordinary skill that creates good feelings. Being "authentically present", especially to daily, ordinary experience is exciting and liberating and can change relationships quickly. Honest self examination can bring about swift improvements in the quality of our lives and those we love. Learning to live peacefully amidst chaos can bring new energy to daily living.
But it takes practice. Sometimes it takes help from a coach/therapist. We all have blind spots.
We use a variety of eclectic styles, including Gestalt, Schema therapies, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, ACT, EMDR, and Psychodrama. We use a holistic approach that honors emotions and thinking, along with the body and soul. Of course, all of our work is private and confidential.
